Terms & Conditions for reservations made on the ResDiary reservation platform: A fee of £10 per guest will be applied in the event that guests fail to attend a reservation (no-show) or for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time. The cancellation fee applies to cancellations for reservations made within 24 hours of the reservation time. If guests arrive over 15 minutes after their reservation time, we will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee that we can continue to hold the table; in this case, we reserve the right to apply the same cancellation fee. Please contact the restaurant directly by phone at 028 9023 1000 if you will be running late, and we will do our best to reschedule your reservation for a time that is convenient for you. Our online reservation system requires a credit card to hold reservations. Any fees applied for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged to the card on file. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, please contact Fish City directly by phone at 028 9023 1000 to speak with a manager regarding your reservation.
